Within 14 days of delivery, email us one clear photo of the skin you want to improve, with your order number. That activates your promise and gives us both an honest before.

Use it morning and night on damp skin for at least 30 days in a row. That's how long honest skincare takes to show itself.

Email a photo of the same skin, any time up to 100 days from delivery. Money back to your original payment method. Keep the jar, gift it, or finish it. No return postage.

Some brands demand two months of use and bury the rules. We ask for one photo and 30 days of daily use, stated plainly, because that's what it takes to judge skincare honestly.

Fair questions about the promise
How do I make a claim?
Three steps. When your jar arrives, email us a photo of the skin you want to improve along with your order number; that activates the promise. Use the balm daily for at least 30 days. If it isn't right, email a photo of the same skin within 100 days of delivery. Approved refunds go straight back to your card, and banks typically show them within 5 to 10 business days.
Why the photo and the 30 days?
Because we're confident, not careful. Skin needs about a month of daily use to show what it can really do, and the day-one photo is how you'll see the change for yourself. We'd rather make you take the before photo than let you quit on day six and never know. Most people who take that photo never claim. The photo is why.
Do I need to send the jar back?
No. Keep it, finish it, or pass it to someone whose skin gets along with it better. Return postage punishes you for trusting us, so we don't ask for it.
What if I bought a bundle?
The promise covers your whole order. If the balm isn't right for you, the bundle wasn't either, so the full amount comes back.
What if my skin reacts?
Stop using it straight away. You don't need to wait 30 days: email us a photo of the reaction with your order number and we refund you in full. If your skin is sensitive, start with Unscented and patch test on your inner arm first.
Why are you this generous?
Two reasons. First, almost nobody asks: most people who try the balm keep it. Second, this category is full of refund horror stories, and being the exception is worth far more to us than the occasional jar.
