How do I make a claim?

Three steps. When your jar arrives, email us a photo of the skin you want to improve along with your order number; that activates the promise. Use the balm daily for at least 30 days. If it isn't right, email a photo of the same skin within 100 days of delivery. Approved refunds go straight back to your card, and banks typically show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Why the photo and the 30 days?

Because we're confident, not careful. Skin needs about a month of daily use to show what it can really do, and the day-one photo is how you'll see the change for yourself. We'd rather make you take the before photo than let you quit on day six and never know. Most people who take that photo never claim. The photo is why.

Do I need to send the jar back?

No. Keep it, finish it, or pass it to someone whose skin gets along with it better. Return postage punishes you for trusting us, so we don't ask for it.

What if I bought a bundle?

The promise covers your whole order. If the balm isn't right for you, the bundle wasn't either, so the full amount comes back.

What if my skin reacts?

Stop using it straight away. You don't need to wait 30 days: email us a photo of the reaction with your order number and we refund you in full. If your skin is sensitive, start with Unscented and patch test on your inner arm first.

Why are you this generous?
