Shipping policy

Every order from nodraskin.com ships free, with tracking, with no minimum spend. This page explains how dispatch and delivery work and what to do if something goes wrong. For legal matters, contact legal@nodraskin.com.
1. Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day. During launches and seasonal peaks, processing can take up to 3 business days; if your order will be delayed beyond that, we will email you.
2. Delivery times
United Kingdom: typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Europe: typically 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
United States, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world: typically 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, public holidays, carrier disruption and severe weather can extend them, and these are outside our control. The estimated delivery date shown on the product page and at checkout is our best current estimate for your address.
3. Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact hello@nodraskin.com and we will resend it.
4. Taxes, customs and import duties
The price you pay at checkout is the full price. For UK orders, VAT is included. For international orders, we manage customs charges so you are not asked to pay extra on delivery. If, despite this, your local carrier or customs authority asks you to pay an import fee to receive your parcel, pay it to release the parcel, email the receipt to hello@nodraskin.com, and we will refund that fee in full.
5. Address errors
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@nodraskin.com as soon as possible; we can usually correct an address before dispatch but not after. If a parcel is delivered successfully to the address you provided, we are unable to refund it, but if a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will offer reshipment or a refund of the product price.
6. Lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days (15 for international orders) or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us. For parcels marked delivered, please first check with neighbours and your local depot, and allow 2 business days, as carriers sometimes scan early. If the parcel is genuinely lost, you choose: a free replacement sent with priority handling, or a full refund. You will never be left out of pocket for a parcel that did not arrive.
7. Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@nodraskin.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the damaged item.
8. Undelivered and refused parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us (for example, not collected from a pickup point, or refused), we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund of the product price.
9. Where we ship
We ship worldwide. A small number of remote regions may be unserviceable by our carriers; if we cannot ship to your address, we will cancel and refund your order in full and let you know. We are unable to deliver to freight forwarders or parcel-forwarding services, and orders addressed to them are not covered by our lost-parcel or guarantee policies.
