Beef fat. On your face?
Rendered and whipped, tallow is nothing like the fat in a pan. It's roughly half oleic acid, one of the main fatty acids in your skin's own oils, which is why it absorbs in minutes instead of sitting on top. And no, it doesn't smell like a kitchen.
Will it clog my pores?
Honest answer: it's a rich balm, not an acne product. Most combination skin does fine with a pea-sized amount pressed into damp skin. If you congest easily, patch test on the jawline for a week and keep to a thin layer on dry areas.
What does it smell like?
